Protein-rich lentil wraps with omega-3

Ingredients for about 8 wraps
- 250 g lentils, soaked in 800 ml water
- 400 ml of water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 teaspoons vegetable stock paste (or alternative seasoning)
- Olive oil for frying
for the coating:
- Toppings of your choice - for example, hummus and arugula.
1 tablespoon of NORSAN per serving Omega-3 Total, 1 tbsp. Omega-3 Arktis or 1 teaspoon NORSAN Omega-3 Vegan Oil

Protein-rich Lentil Wraps with Omega-3
- Rinse the lentils and pour about 800 ml of water into a large bowl. Then soak for at least 2 hours (also works well overnight).
- Rinse the lentils again and put them in a blender. Add 400 ml of water, salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of vegetable stock paste to taste and blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a hot pan with oil and spread evenly with a wooden spoon. Theoretically, the wraps can also be fried without oil in a non-stick pan.
- Finish as you like and enjoy fresh. If you have too many wraps left over, you can also freeze them in portions.
- Finally, pour the omega-3 oil over the toppings or stir into a delicious sauce.
