1. Applicability

These general conditions apply to any offer by NORSAN and any distance contract concluded between NORSAN and the consumer through www.norsan.nl.

By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and formation of agreement

All offers on www.norsan.nl are without obligation.
The contract is established when you place an order and NORSAN confirms it by e-mail.
We reserve the right to refuse an order, such as when stock is insufficient.

4. Prices and payment

All prices quoted are in euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are clearly stated before completing the order.
Payment can be made through the payment methods offered on the website.
For orders over €50, shipping is free within the Netherlands.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made via parcel services such as DHL or UPS.
Delivery time is generally 3-4 business days within the Netherlands, unless otherwise stated.
If delivery is delayed, please contact us at bestellingen@norsan.nl.
If delivery proves impossible, the full purchase price will be returned.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The
revocation period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, physically delivered the good
in your possession. We will refund the full amount of your order and shipping costs. To exercise your right of withdrawal
practice, you must notify us, through a clear statement (e.g., a letter by mail, or e-mail) of your
decision to terminate this contract.

If your order is delivered damaged, please email us as soon as possible at bestellingen@norsan.nl with your order number and a photo of the condition of the product. We review this on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find an appropriate solution.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including delivery charges (with

7. Complaint Resolution

Complaints about our products or services can be reported by e-mail: bestellingen@norsan.nl.
We will respond substantively to your complaint within 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with the handling, you can contact the European Dispute Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Warranty and conformity

We guarantee that our products meet the legal requirements of quality and usability.
If the delivered product does not comply with the agreement, we will provide repair, replacement or refund free of charge.

9. Liability

We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount of the purchase.
This limitation does not apply in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

Your information will be kept confidential and used only according to our privacy policy.

11. Intellectual property rights
