Black Forest Porridge with Omega-3 Cherries and Dark Chocolate: A Heavenly Treat!

Get ready to enjoy a delectable Black Forest Porridge, packed with flavor and nutrients. This delicious creation combines creamy oats with a scrumptious nut-chocolate banana milk and juicy cherries. Ingredients for 2 servings

Creamy Black Forest porridge with Omega-3 cherries and dark chocolate

Basics:
- 100 g rolled oats

Nut chocolate banana milk:
- 400 ml vegetable milk or water
- 2 tbsp. nut butter of your choice, here: Cashew butter
- 1/2 banana
- 4 pieces of sugar-free dark chocolate or 1 tbsp. raw cocoa
- 4 dates or 2 tbsp. date powder

Cherries:
- 150 frozen cherries
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla
- 1 tbsp. date powder or other sweetener of your choice

Toppings of your choice, for example:
- Chocolate 100% or cocoa nibs
- Sprouted buckwheat
- Chopped nuts of your choice
- 1 banana
- Nut butter of your choice
-Cinnamon
-1 TL NORSAN Omega- Vegan or an omega-3 oil of your choice

Preparation:

  • Puree all ingredients for the nut and chocolate milk in a blender and mix with the oat flakes in a saucepan. Bring to a brief boil, turn off and let steep for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Mix the cherries in a bowl with all other ingredients and heat gently in a small saucepan. Then let cool to lukewarm.
  • Divide the creamy oatmeal between two bowls and serve with the cooked cherries, banana slices and remaining toppings.
  • Let the porridge cool slightly before adding the omega-3 oil, as it is sensitive to heat.
