Ingredients
Praline cream:
- 65 g hazelnut butter
- 65 g brown almond butter
- 40 g date powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 15 g water
- 1 generous pinch of vanilla powder
- 1tl NORSAN Omega- Vegan or an omega-3 oil of your choice
Cookies:
- 100 g whole wheat rusk
- 25 ml almond milk
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- 10 g raw cocoa powder
Toppings:
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts for topping
- 50 g dark chocolate for the top
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients for the praline cream in a glass.
- Mix all ingredients for the cookies in a bowl until it becomes a coarse mixture.
- Form cookies.
- Finish with the praline cream, melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
- Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for 15 minutes.
